Meet BlvckMoon, a Kenyan artist from the Coast Province who is now based in Nairobi. A mechatronic engineer turned multifaceted artist, she is a singer, songwriter, guitarist, producer, and DJ. Entirely self-taught, she channels her creativity to elevate the heart, mind, and soul through her music. In BlvckMoon's words, "It is in the expression and inspiration of the true self that we find resonance and sight of how connected we are." Her distinctive sound fuses Electronic Afro-fusion, rooted in her Mijikenda heritage, with Experimental and Indie influences. BlvckMoon is also one half of the duo behind the band, GEMINVS.
