One, Show Me the Money, awarded him the top prize for his rap skills in 2014, which led to recruitment to the newly formed septet, iKon. The group debuted in 2015 with the album Welcome Back. Kim made his solo debut just a year later with the single "Holup," which was included on The Mobb EP, a collaboration with rapper Mino. In late 2017, he released his first full-length, Love and Fall. The effort hit number two on the Billboard World Albums chart and featured the singles "I Love You" and "Runaway." ~ Neil Z. Yeung
