BVNGS is a rapper, singer-songwriter, and multi-disciplinary artist from Rochester, NY. Fueled by the golden age of hip-hop, BVNGS couples her rapping influences with her R&B roots, lending to a unique blend of inspiration to pull from in her own music. A creative powerhouse, BVNGS wrote her first rap at the age of 8, and from a young age, she would dominate her male counterparts in high school rap battles. Known as MC QUI QUI at the time, she developed a local following making diss tracks, refining the signature aggression and emphatic flow in her voice. Following the release of her projects “Lula” (2019) and “LaQuisha” (2021), BVNGS would go on to collaborate with underground legends like Roc Marciano and Flee Lord. BVNGS is now based in New York City where she continues to perfect her craft and record new music.
