Novel has produced, written & collaborated with artist such as Alicia Keys, Lauryn Hill, Griselda, Royce Da 5'9, India Arie, Kid Rock, Leona Lewis, Kelis, David Guetta, Lecrae, Justin Timberlake, Fantasia, Smokey Norful and many more. He is the son of Motown's 1st A&R producer/writer William "Mickey" Stevenson (who discovered Marvin Gaye & The Funk Brothers). He is also the grandson of the soul pioneer and Rock N' Roll hall of fame inductee, Solomon Burke.
