<a href="spotify:artist:7BUSlZDHG6ym5hwCB51Lru" data-name="Cam X.">Cam X.</a> Was born on September 15th, 1999 in a small town called Defiance, Ohio. The town was surrounded by nothing but baseball fields and cornstalks. In about 4th grade, Cam’s family moved to Toledo, Ohio which was a little bigger and more city like than they were used too. It was here where Cameron met some of his best friends who helped him embark on this music journey
In high school, Cam and a few of his friends, formed a rap group called “XtendoGang”. It was mainly just a joke, but there was one friend who really believed in the dream. SK. Sk was the one that would stay up at night on school nights trying to learn new ways to produce and engineer their music. He was the only one that believed they could do something with music at that time.
Sadly, on January 19th, 2018, SK passed onto the next life. This loss hit the friend group hard. Especially Cam and the others who were on the music journey with XtendoGang. The loss was almost the end of XtendoGang entirely. Everyone graduated high school that year and went off to college. 2 years later, Cam told himself that he would take SK’s music dream and try his absolute hardest to make it happen. He recorded “Hate me” in honor of his friend who passed and he’s been working on his craft ever since. There is a lot more to the story than this little bio can tell you.
