Charlize Berg (born April 10, 1992) is a South African singer, song writer and aspiring actress. Born and raised in Centurion, South Africa, she appeared in some well-known South African television shows and as a young adult she was signed in 2009 to a South African record label e.g. Select Music.
During her first years in the music industry, she became a prominent figure in mainstream popular South Africa music. Her first album (Charlize Berg) did extremely well with South African audiences and in 2012 she was nominated for South African Music Awards (SAMAs) in the categories "best pop album of the year", "best female artist" and "best song" with Heinz Winckler. Her album includes: You & I (with Heinz Winckler), Tenderly, Waar is jy Romeo? and Hemel op Tafelberg (with Kurt Darren).
