Chewbacca's

From a lost planet in the galaxy and after a recess in space and time, the noisiest intergalactic trio returns to this part of the cosmos. Entire instrumental repertoire, reverberated, fleeing conventions and seasoned with sci-fi samplers and intergalactic sounds.The new millennium began and Chewbacca’s published “5000 Light Years Away from digit Zero”, an album with 16 songs that opened the doors to them beyond the reduced (in those years) scene of instrumental surfing. After signing up for Zebra Records they were selected as a new FNAC talent, which led them to communicate their sidereal message in all corners of Spain

Before that they had already released a first instrumental experiment called “Verano Pinball” (1998) and “Zenon” (2000) an EP on vinyl published by Automatic Records.

In 2019 they released their new LP, “The Return from Echo Lake”, edited by the english label Sharawaji Records and produced and mixed by Brian Teasley (Man or astro man?). In this album Chewbacca’s are reunited with their most personal sound, sinking their instrumental roots in dark and frenetic atmospheres. Ten original songs and a version of one of the bands that has most influenced Chewbaccas, The Galaxy Trio.
