Chewing

Chewing is the solo moniker for Los Angeles musician and visual artist, Nik Ewing, who is best known for his critically acclaimed band <a href="spotify:artist:75dQReiBOHN37fQgWQrIAJ" data-name="Local Natives">Local Natives</a>. ‘Songs For Linnéa’ is his second solo album, a collection of minimal piano songs written for his first child.

They’ve quietly generated nearly a billion streams, sold out legendary venues such as The Greek Theatre &amp; Red Rocks Amphitheater and performed memorable sets at Coachella, Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits and more.

‘Songs For Linnéa’ follows up Chewing&#39;s 2019 debut album ‘<a href="spotify:album:0Dqs9ppBMQPgOI90ALjtb9" data-name="Pacific Ocean Blue">Pacific Ocean Blue</a>’ a dark, liberal cover of <a href="spotify:artist:5gl6pfPwJ1coivVUMZPiS9" data-name="Dennis Wilson">Dennis Wilson</a>&#39;s 1977 album in its entirety, with features from <a href="spotify:artist:3Oim8XBPbznAa8Jj8QzNc8" data-name="Cults">Cults</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:0r5qTPVvJFFeM6fqe7GDne" data-name="Nico Segal">Nico Segal</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:6gUiIIPmV6OXjHcvv1KCuL" data-name="POP ETC">POP ETC</a> and of course his entire band.
