Kiarash Khorram (Kaman) began his musical journey by learning keyboard and piano as a teenager. He co-founded the Iranian rock band 'Ario' in which he played keyboard and piano for three years.
Ario Band managed to hold three live performances performing songs including covers of some of the most popular rock/progressive rock bands along with the band’s original songs in Tehran.
After immigrating to Canada in 2017 and spending time practicing with his new bass guitar that he bought in 2018, Kiarash finally decided to respond to his long-lasting love for music in a more fulfilling way. In 2020, he bought a piano and started composing songs again and chose the name ‘Kaman’ as his new stage name.
Kaman’s purpose now is to share stories through instrumental music.
He is currently working on his solo piano compositions, piano compositions accompanied by orchestra, electric pianos and other instruments.
