华裔美国熊 🌸 🐼 🐻 🌸 Seattle-based Chinese American Bear is a quirky, fun, mando-pop/rock duo creating bi-lingual ear candy. #bearpop Their debut self-titled Chinese American Bear album came out on July 8th, 2022 via Modern Sky in China (China’s largest indie record label), and self-released elsewhere. And their Sophomore album 'Wah!!!' released on October 18th via Moshi Moshi. They've been described as the child of Melody's Echo Chamber, The Flaming Lips, Dusty Springfield, and The Care Bears. The duo prides themselves on being completely DIY. They write, produce, engineer and mix everything themselves. They often combine retro sounds from the 60's/70's, with lighthearted lyrics about food, flying through space, and other topics that don't take themselves too seriously.
