Circle of Life - does that name not ring a bell to you yet? Then you probably will hear from this rising figure on the global electronic music scene within 2020.
After a notable debut EP 'Blue Bird' on Suara (2017), Dusan Sekic keeps spreading the seeds of his latest artistic project on the techno ground: Circle of Life. In fact, the artist from Belgrade in Serbia didn't start with music production yesterday: it was back in 2004 with a trance music project Anax. Dusan reveals: "I fell in love for the vibration I felt in techno and trance clubs. I was a teenager and I knew, I wanted to be part of this and show it to the world!"
Dusan nourishes this long experience in the studio and on stage as DJ with a very spontaneous and inspirational energy: "my every day life of dad and artist, my daughter Una and the love I have for her: the sources of my inspiration are simple and natural to me. I want to communicate this life energy in everything I touch in music". Circle of Life is an accomplishment for Dusan.
And this attitude pays off: D-Nox shows his trust for the rising talent by signing his 'Planet Earth' EP on his label Sprout.
Catchy productions, thrilling percussive and cinematic melodies: Circle of Life has rapidly gained recognition from his pairs. The collaboration with Movement Recordings and Movement Entertainment for his management and booking reveals a very happy path for 2020: more projects with established labels, artists and events to come.
