Cutty Ranks (born Philip Thomas) is a former butcher that became one of the first to pose an actual challenge to the dominance in the ragga world to <a href="spotify:artist:3j7Sw80qzL2FJlryUhI3wG" data-name="Shabba Ranks">Shabba Ranks</a>.
