After <a href="spotify:artist:5gCRApTajqwbnHHPbr2Fpi">Juicy J</a> launched his solo career with his 2012 hit "Bandz a Make Her Dance," the remaining members of <a href="spotify:artist:26s8LSolLfCIY88ysQbIuT">Three 6 Mafia</a> carried on under the name Da Mafia 6ix. Re-formed by <a href="spotify:artist:2ledyuziz6YjLK5Dw483Oc">DJ Paul</a>, the <a href="spotify:artist:26s8LSolLfCIY88ysQbIuT">Three 6 Mafia</a> founder recruited crew members <a href="spotify:artist:5piZN3Q0FnT4RekM1zUiSR">Crunchy Black</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:6cv6xlvIj86g1lUPFkIy2e">Koopsta Knicca</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:59NQEIzm6FCUdg7F5NOf9b">Lord Infamous</a>, and <a href="spotify:artist:3ppZNqihWOzuH4A0f4KmeP">Gangsta Boo</a> for the new project in 2013. Their debut mixtape, 6ix Commandments, appeared toward the end of the year, but on December 20, <a href="spotify:artist:59NQEIzm6FCUdg7F5NOf9b">Lord Infamous</a> suffered a heart attack and passed away in his sleep. Knowing that <a href="spotify:artist:59NQEIzm6FCUdg7F5NOf9b">Infamous</a> was passionate about the project, <a href="spotify:artist:2ledyuziz6YjLK5Dw483Oc">Paul</a> and crew carried on. The Da Mafia 6ix single "Break the Law" appeared in 2014 while the group crossed America on the Triple 6ix Sinners Tour. ~ David Jeffries, Rovi
