After a decade and a half since its first release at the age of 16, Brazilian born Dakar has
created his own brand of groove driven and emotive of house music that now resonates
with loyal fans around the world.
Over the years Dakar has collaborated with the likes of Green Velvet, Sonny Fodera, Mat
Joe, Tough Love, Tim Baresko, Sirus Hood and Chicago house staples Dajae and Gene
Farris. Continuing his collaborative spirit, Dakar has released tracks on some of the
greatest imprints in the scene including; Spinnin Records, Dirtybird, Defected, Cajual,
Realm, Toolroom & Viva Music. Today he owns his own record label MOMENT.
In these 15 years of career, Dakar has performed in several countries such as Holland,
France, Greece, Belgium, Ecuador, Bolivia, in addition to major festivals and clubs in
Brazil such as Amanhã Land, Laroc Club, Elrow, Xxxperience, Kaballah, So Track Boa,
Dirtybird showcase, Green Valley, Edge, to name a few.
