Hi, I’m Dalal.
A composer and musician living in Los Angeles. I was born in a small town in Austria, where I started playing piano and violin when I was four and music has been my gentle compass in the world ever since.
My early love for music took me from Vienna’s concert halls to new experiences in London, New York, and Los Angeles—and in each place, I’ve gathered something that stayed with me.
I often experience music in colors. It’s a sort of soft, sensory paintbrush that lets me trace my feelings across soundscapes in a way words can’t touch.
When I’m not lost in my own world of sound, I team up with my brilliant partner-in-music, Maesa Pullman. Together, we score films and TV shows, often adding our own vocals into the mix to give our musical landscapes a very human touch.
With my upcoming album, “Things I choose to keep” (Nov. 2025), I wanted to share how the act of creating carried me through hard times—how, even in the midst of ruins, something beautiful can still grow.
My little sonic space here is both personal and shared - and as you wander through my catalogue I hope it offers you a place to feel, breathe, and connect.
