Rockin’ Dave Taylor (1957 – 2016) This amazing Great British Rock’n’Roller, Boogie Woogie Pianist/Singer/Songwriter created an electric atmosphere everywhere he performed, from Hong Kong to Russia, from Finland to the Philippines, with his extraordinary, custom-built Rockin' Piano and magnificent Show Band! Rockin’ Dave entertained ecstatic audiences for 45 years and was not named the "Acrobat Pianist" without good reason! He was an excellent showman, renowned for his inimitable piano playing technique, crazy energetic antics on stage and an electrifying Boogie Woogie beat. He built an extraordinary musical career, performing at top venues around the world, ranging from private parties on the English society party circuit to the Cannes Film Festival, attended by Austin Powers, Steven Spielberg, Sir Richard Branson, Charles Bronson and Val Kilmer in the audience, and headlined a huge outdoor festival in Barcelona, playing to over 300k people!
