Dear Silas is a national recording artist with an impeccable delivery and captivating presence. Birthed in the deep south of Mississippi, he blends genres of Hip Hop & R&B while combining Jazz and Soul with the help of his trumpet.
Previously signed to RCA/Sony, Dear Silas is currently continuing his journey 100% independent, delivering messages of self love and joy through his music. He recently released his highly anticipated mixtape entitled "It's Giving Self Love!” on June 24, 2022. It debuted at #8 on the ITunes Hip Hop/Rap charts.
The project features his current hit single “I Ain’t Stressin’ Today” which has taken the world by storm with support from Master P, Lupita Nyong’o, John Legend and millions of other fans across social platforms. Dear Silas then released the Remix which features legendary mogul, Snoop Dogg on September 15, 2023. As Dear Silas returns to the South from his month long France tour opening for popular French instrumentalist, Ibrahim Maalouf, he preps fans to expect new music and his 6th headlining US tour in 2024.
