Fascinated by life’s obscurities, Denvre speaks to a longing found in many of us. Her exploratory vocals are just as haunting as they are pure. While the melancholic and lush soundscapes of her first singles were compelling, it is her debut EP “Medium” of which Denvre executive produced, that she developed a more mature and personal sound to embrace her unique vision. As the architect of her own project, Denvre’s interest for creating multi media bloomed as she felt drawn to further express her writings in visual form. She started studying dance at a young age and learned the piano from her mother who taught lessons at their home in Mustang, Oklahoma. Later on she found her voice in the church as a worship leader where she attributes much of the development of her musical instincts and earnest approach as a vocalist. Thru every detail of her art, she leans into the tensions of life to cultivate a vivid world thats has drawn comparison to Kate Bush and Bjork. She’s a rare bird indeed, creating an ethereal sound while maintaining a curiosity for the natural human world.
