Desolate Sphere is a Melodic Death Metal band hailing from Tokyo, Japan.
The band started as a solo project of Takanori Murakami in 2020, and released the 1st EP on March, 2021. After the release, Kent Sasaki joined the band, and the 2nd EP "Hallucinosis" was released on December, 2021. In the beginning of 2022, Desolate Sphere became a full-member band and started performing lives.
Desolate Sphere released the 3rd EP "Maledictus" on October 13th, 2023, and gained more attention with its high quality Death Metal sound. At the end of the year, the band opened for Cryptopsy.
In 2024, Desolate Sphere toured in Japan with Scar Symmetry, Persefone, and Orpheus Omega.
Desolate Sphere has sought to create melodic and extreme music, which can surely captivate fans of all kinds of Metal.
