Dimlite is one alter ego of Dimitri Grimm (1980, Switzerland). He published records and performed under this name via Berlin-based record label Sonar Kollektiv and through Los Angeles' Now-Again/Stones Throw Records between 2002 and 2012, after which he switched to self releasing several albums and EPs as 'Dim Grimm' for the following ten years. His latest album, «For Beauty's Source», came out under his passport name in 2023. He also uses a variety of other names for parallel projects (e.g. Misel Quitno and others)
