Doris began her journey as an artist manager and founder of Solidarity For Sanctuary, a concert series that originated from a very personal need to help her own undocumented parents in their legal process, rapidly growing into benefitting immigrants rights organizations from coast to coast Doris released her debut EP “Aprendiendo Por Las Malas” in 2022 to much acclaim from outlets like Rolling Stone and Billboard, positioning herself as an artist to watch in the eyes of many on the scene. Doris then released her sophomore EP “Por Las Buenas” in 2023, introduced to the world by Vogue Mexico as someone who “perfectly knows their purpose in life”. Praised for her vulnerability and infectious voice, Doris hits the root of your deepest feelings, and masterfully mixes nostalgia and vulnerability.
