The Kentucky bred artist/production duo “Down To Mars” blends sounds R&B, hip hop, funk, and gospel in fresh and exciting ways that have a way of captivating any new listener.
Down to mars was formed after Malachi and Pinky moved into a house together in Louisville Kentucky early 2017, coming from similar musical backgrounds and skillsets the chemistry was immediate and they began creating original music. They began posting video snippets online, and when followers began begging to hear the full songs, Down to Mars was born.
In addition to releasing their original music they've also produced for artist such as Zaza, (‘What I do’), Zaniah, (‘Coffee Bean'), Yebba, ('Far Away and Waterfall'), as well as IAMDDB, ('Rasta Pasta'). Down to mars is here to bring a long needed feeling of authenticity back to music.
