Raised in Katy, Texas, and now based in Houston, Dende– R&B artist, Preacher's Kid, and soulful storyteller exemplifies a passionate creative whose music runs the gamut of his authentic life's experiences, delving deep into obstacles of his own and close friends from a genuine perspective. His modern twist on early 2000s style R&B expresses his stories unadulterated for the world to digest. Listening to his music, it should be no surprise that Dende cites Chance The Rapper, Lucky Daye, John Legend, and Smino as influences. For the recording artist, music saved his life, as he decided to leave college and pursue music during his first year.
Dende amassed a substantial audience across all platforms. Ahead of his forthcoming LP, 95 Civic, Dende showcases his growth as an artist with his critically acclaimed EP, Before We Crash.

Dende started his 2023 campaign with a bang after joining Chris Patrick on his Gang Activity Tour. Following years of toxic R&B being championed by the masses, the Houston-based creative is poised to fill a hole within the gap R&B fans miss. Dende's primary goal is to restore feeling and unite people with his music. His impact has been felt on wax and throughout his heartfelt musical contributions. He has received cosigns from Billboard, REVOLT TV, Lyrical Lemonade, UPROXX, and countless other highly respected platforms.
