Dustin Herring is a Country Music singer and songwriter originally from south Alabama. In 2012, he was named the Grand Prize Songwriter Winner in the Colgate Country Showdown Finals held at the Ryman Auditorium. A country boy at heart, he worked in the agriculture fields of Arkansas and Mississippi while refining his songwriting skills before making the move to Nashville. Since then he has made a name for himself as a seasoned songwriter in music city having songs he’s written streamed over 500,000 times and has now released multiple singles and records as an independent artist. His traditional vocal style, honest and raw songwriting, mixed with his multi-genera influences, produces a sound all of his own. When he's not hunting or fishing he can be found throughout the southeastern Untied States sharing his stories and singing his songs.
