Dylan’s Dharma is a band that started as kids on the mountain. They grew up in the Butte creek canyon near Chico California. Their sound ranges from grunge rock to heavily influenced reggae. The band has been playing together for over a decade. In 2010 they met up with producer Horase (KingHopeton) Campbell. Later he became a band member and started Helltown studios. Campell produced two albums, Dylan’s Dharma and Helltown. In 2017 the Black Uhuru started to record as the world turns in Helltown studios. It would later become nominated for a Grammy as best reggae album of the year 2019. When asking Campell about the future of Dylan’s Dharma he said this, “The band is maturing and so is their music, it's going to the next level. I’m so excited about our Ep and the future of Dylan’s Dharma. With that in mind I’m pretty sure Dylan’s Dharma will have a bright future in the world of music." The Grammy nominated studio has now become an indie label( Helltown records ) they will have releases weekly. The artists on there portfolio contain some of the biggest reggae groups of all time and we’re very happy they signed with producer and CEO of Helltown Records King Hopeton. 2020 should be very promising for reggae music. the legends and innovators of that genre will be recording at Helltown studios to show the whole world that they still have great inspiration for the youth and the truth that’s matters most peace love and people coming together through music. Give thanks
