Meet Eevee, the shining star of lo-fi music, hailed by EDM.com as its de facto heroine for over a decade. This 30-year-old Dutch producer has captivated the world with 13 beat tapes, each representing a chapter in her musical journey. Her EPs, such as 'Unexpected' and 'Seeds,' garnered attention from Noisey, Vice, Revolt TV, and Nest HQ, propelling her to become one of the first touring lo-fi artists in 2017. Two years later, she founded her label, Secret Souls, sharing music that she believes carries those special 'feels.' In 2020, Eevee embraced motherhood, yet she remains set to lead the genre alongside stars like Nosaj Thing and [bsd.u], recognized as the 'corps d’elite of Lo-Fi' by Roland. In 2022, Eevee collaborated with vocalist Cliffe, and together they released an album called 'Dead End.' That same year, she also worked with Sweeep on another album titled 'Vandalism and Selfcare,' showcasing even more facets of her music. But the story doesn't end there – in 2023, Eevee dropped Beat Tape 13, unveiling her ever-evolving musical journey. As she continues, mesmerizing with each beat, Eevee's impact on the world of lo-fi is poised to soar even higher.
