Emo Kid

Emo Kid is a music producer of most Southern African genres including #Gqom, #AmaPiano, #AfroTech, real name Ntobeko Ntshingila, Emo Kid was my mxit name, so my friends started calling me Emo in real life so I just decided to use it as my music name, Born and Raised in Durban (Inanda) Started learning music production from my friends in 2012 but only started releasing music, Gqom music back in 2013 on the internet using a site called kasimp3. Since then I have received alot of recognition which led to me working with a few of the artists that are already in the industry, the first big song I produced was in 2015 which featured DJ Tira, it was called 'Thandekile' performed by Joocy. Ever since that song I received a lot of recognition in the industry as one of the young producers with potential. I also have worked with various artists such as Naak musiq, Bhizer, and also I recently worked on a song with DJ Vetkuk vs Mahoota, the song features Busiswa, Sbucardo and Kwesta its featured on their latest album called Local EveryWhere. (2017) I released my first official EP called Gqomtera through a record label based in London called Gqom Oh! Records, The Ep was Gqom oriented I recieved a lot of love from my supporters for dropping that Ep and a song called Enkwarini is also included on it and the people are still loving it till this day. Expect big things from Emo Kid in the future.
