Emy’s musical journey began in a small coastal town in Puerto Rico, where she discovered her passion for music early on. Growing up, she explored different singing styles, always searching for her unique sound. After high school, she took her talents to San Juan, where she dove into the world of classical music at the Conservatory. But she craved something more, and eventually found herself singing with the Lyric Workshop at the University of Puerto Rico.
Her next adventure took her to Austin, Texas, a city known for its vibrant music scene. Emy immersed herself in the local scene, performing at private parties for some major celebrities! She honed her skills with weekly voice lessons and landed gigs singing for online projects and even an anime show intro. Always pushing her creative boundaries, she built a DIY recording studio in her closet and started writing and producing her own music.
Today, Emy is a singer-songwriter making waves with her unique blend of indie, retro, and pop influences. Her music is a testament to her diverse experiences and her unwavering dedication to her craft.
