Fern Murphy is a dream pop and shoegaze band from Indianapolis, IN. Featuring Gabriel Adams (vocals/guitar), Leah Foster (keys/vocals), Travis Brown (guitar), Jason Bales (bass), and Gilberto Huerta (drums), the band has built a reputation for expansive, textured performances that balance weight and atmosphere. Formed by Adams with Tommy Behan and Benjamin Pearson, Fern Murphy came into wider recognition with their 2021 double album Violet Hours and have since shared stages with artists including Beach House, DIIV, and Vampire Weekend. Their 2024 EP Driftless marked a new chapter, and the group is currently completing their second full-length album.
