Folkness is a long-time friends Norbert & Matt creating this project since 2019. However, their journey with house music is much longer. The gentlemen have been active for over 15 years without interruption. The music they create revolves around the genre of House Music along with its various subgenres such as deep house, tech house, and disco house. They had the opportunity to release their tracks in the best house music labels in the world like Toolroom Records, Simma Black, TheBasement Discos, Groove Culture, and Nervous Records. Their music is regularly supported by the biggest names in the house and electronic music scene. Norbert & Matt have also had the opportunity to collaborate with figures like Hatiras, DJ PP, The Cube Guys, and Wh0. In 2023, they officially remixed one of the biggest hits of the legendary duo Groove Armada - Superstylin', which was released by the British powerhouse BMG UK. In 2024, they added an official remix for Jerry Ropero to their musical CV. The tracks of this duo can also be heard on the best radio stations worldwide such as BBC Radio 1, Kiss FM, Radio FG, and Dutch SLAM FM.
