Forbear is a four-piece band from Tokyo, Japan, formed in 2018.
Following their self-released debut "5songs," the band released "10songs," "4songs," and "8songs" through LIKE A FOOL RECORDS, as well as a split release with SHUT YOUR MOUTH via their own label, Alkaline Maniacs.
They have shared the stage with Narrow Head, Cross My Heart, Teenage Wrist, Glitterer, Leaving Time, Softcult, and Forests, while also hosting their self-curated show series "Rising Hands."
In July 2026, Forbear will release "4songs II" through Alkaline Maniacs. The EP was mastered by Corey Coffman of Gleemer.
