Francesca Guccione is an Italian composer, violinist, and Moog artist. Fascinated from the beginning by the relation between sound and image, she combined her violin studies with those in composition and film scoring, earning a Master's Degree in this discipline with the highest grades.
In 2021, she released her debut modern classical album, "Muqataea", under the artistic direction of renowned cellist and composer <a href="spotify:artist:6WfFPnmAsusQHokvSZL8XB" data-name="Giovanni Sollima">Giovanni Sollima</a>. She has collaborated with international artists such as <a href="spotify:artist:47V6nyjOrUR98qv6gkYssI" data-name="Robot Koch">Robot Koch</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:7e4AmALFiKR69Xra2EksPU" data-name="Julien Marchal">Julien Marchal</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:7x4r9H8a1f60caFnTB4xmA" data-name="Hélène Vogelsinger">Hélène Vogelsinger</a>, and has worked with several distinguished record labels including Whales Records, InFiné Music, Modularfield, and 7K! Records.
In 2024, she released her second album, "The Geometry of Time", with the German label Neue Meister. That same year, she also released two arrangements of tracks by <a href="spotify:artist:3IpQziA6YwD53PQ5xbwgLF" data-name="Jóhann Jóhannsson">Jóhann Jóhannsson</a>, once again partnering with Neue Meister.
Invited by Moog Music, she performed an original composition for violin and analog synthesizers at Superbooth 22 in Berlin, leading to an ongoing collaboration with the company.
In 2023, she contributed to the soundtrack of the film "Lubo", directed by Italian filmmaker Giorgio Diritti.
Currently, Francesca is also a researcher at the "Francesco Venezze" Conservatory of Rovigo.
Her creativity is poetic, suspended between reality and imagination, opening portals to hidden worlds.
