The collaboration of Council Work frontmen Tom Frankel & Dayne Harper is far from traditional. The medley of inspiration from their up bringing with Tom growing up in West London and Dayne originally coming from Zimbabwe, offers a plethora of cultural influence championing a delightfully unparalleled ‘sound’.
