Freddy Jones Band 2025: New Single, Anniversaries, and More
Celebrating 30 Years of North Avenue Wakeup Call and 10 Years of Never Change

2025 marks a milestone year for the Freddy Jones Band as they celebrate two major anniversaries: the 30th anniversary of their groundbreaking album North Avenue Wakeup Call (1995) and the 10th anniversary of Never Change (2015). Both albums were produced by the multi-Grammy-winning Justin Neibank, whose expertise helped shape these iconic records. Reflecting on Never Change, Neibank declared, “Never Change is the best record I’ve worked on in years!”
In addition to these milestone celebrations, the band is excited to announce the release of their brand new single, “No Money in Vegas,” which will be available on March 24, 2025. The song, produced by Grammy Award-winning producer J.J. Blair, is a tribute to the Laurel Canyon music stylings of legends like Bob Dylan and Tom Petty. Founding member Marty Lloyd shares that “No Money in Vegas” is a celebration of life, while bassist Rich Ross adds, “It’s a very special song for Freddy Jones Band. We recorded this song at J.J.’s studio in the Hollywood Hills, and what you hear is what we played. It’s a throwback to the way that bands we grew up listening to recorded—very organic and raw.”
