Los Angeles based alternative artist Fuller waves a dirtbag
flag with debut album, LOWLIFE. Merging a lifelong diet of post-punk, alt pop,
and indie rock; the collection finds Fuller crafting clever songs packed with
tongue-in-cheek musings on love, loss, and the condition of the modern
millennial.
In the year of global mandatory self reflection, J.P. Welsh (the man behind the
moniker) began looking inward with the help of producer Eric Palmquist (Half-
Alive, Tate McRae & Bad Suns), and co-writers Taylor Upsahl (UPSAHL, Dua
Lipa) and Steven James Aguilar (The Head and The Heart, Josh Klinghoffer) to
work on the tracks that would become LOWLIFE. Since it's release in October,
the album quickly surpassed a million streams on Spotify and has found
several featured placements on SiriusXM's Alt Nation in the process.
Fuller's unhinged high energy manifests itself on recordings as well as in
person. Sweatily writing around in a bathrobe, Fuller spends nearly as much
time romping through the crowd as he does belting catchy hooks on stage.
Backed by a razor sharp three-piece band, Fuller's live set is a can't miss.
