Gramophonedzie, AKA Marko Milićević, carved out a career for himself as a versatile producer. Upon graduating Sound Design at Belgrade School of Fine Arts, Gramophonedzie started composingand music production for numerous videos, films and commercials. Beside professionally djing from the age of 16 and being involved in Serbian and regional club scene, Marko was acknowledged by general public when he made music for opening scene of Big Brother reality show for ex-Yu region.
Year 2009 saw him catapulted into the worldwide spotlight with the release of his track“Why Don’t You”, - that got picked up by Positiva, a sub-label ofVirgin/EMI, it was one of the biggest club records, a rare crossover tune that beside being accepted by underground scene also managed to hit No. 1 dance record all over the world and ended up being #12 on UK Top40 charts. This worldwide recognition brought Gramophonedzie numerous awards with MTV music award “For the best music act of Adria region” being one of his favourite.
After few years of performing all around the world, Gramophonedzie decided to switch from DJing and made ''Gramophonedzie Live Experience'' which was bridge between the club and live music. The 7-piece band brings together vocals, drums, guitar, sax, keys, percussion and Gramophonedzie on a hybrid live production duties to create a unique and one of a kind musical experience.
