GRIND MODE is a legendary Hip Hop music group from Miami, Florida. Consisting of 3 members : Hunger, McKlezie and Chaos. Their sound is a mixture of melodic hymns coupled with witty word play unlike anything you’ve heard before. Known for hits such as “I’m So High” and “Xtascy Floating” this trio is definitely amongst the trendsetters of our culture. Grind Mode is credited for ushering in a new sound and pioneering what became known to some as the “JOOK” era. While having three different flows and tones, they still manage to find harmonic balance. What started as a homegrown sound, quickly grew into a worldwide phenomenon.
The crew burst onto the local music scene in 2007, eventually landing a partnership with Universal Republic Records. However, this is a new day and the guys are embarking on an Independent journey. With the support of loyal fans all over, they continue to tour and provide that Feel-Good vibe that is synonymous with the group’s name. Now on the DSP’s, they continue to release their known classics and current collaborations.
