Evan Landes aka Groove Junkies body of work on his MoreHouse Records imprint, along with productions signed to other labels have earned support from industry legends such as the late great Frankie Knuckles, Louie Vega, David Morales, Natasha Diggs, Tony Humphries, Joey Negro, Dimitri from Paris, DJ Spen, Roog, Danny Krivit, Osunlade and Kaskade to name a few.
To date Evan's productions & remixes have garnered numerous Top 5 & No. 1 hits in Traxsource and over 80 Top 10 positions on their Top 100 download charts throughout the years. Evan has also grabbed the #2 and #10 spots on Beatport, as well as the #1, #2 & #5 spots on the European based DJ Mag Hype Chart in previous years.
He has contributed to the output of labels such as Island/Def Jam, AandM, Warner Bros., J Records, Interscope, Ultra, Defected, Definity, Soulfuric, Mn2S and Quantize Records.
Nominations for ‘Breakthrough Producer’ at London’s House Music Awards in 2005, and ‘Breakthrough DJ’ at the Ibiza DJ Awards in 2006 offered well deserved recognition of Evan’s exceptional ability.
As a DJ he has headlined on 5 different continents and rocked the decks at such diverse venues / festivals / parties as Detroit’s Electronic Movement Festival, Electric Daisy Carnival LA, Ministry of Sound UK, Def Mix at Pacha, Ibiza, Club Essential in Riga Latvia, and Catwalk in Barcelona Spain and Smartbar, Chicago to name a few.
