Grouse, the musical alias of Dublin musician, Ronan Carroll, released 'Interpolate', on November 19th 2021.
The album features instrumentals and collaborations with several Irish singers. UKs Louder Than War described the album is 'a dense and atmospheric delight' and 'probably the best album you will hear this year from an artist you don’t know'.
Up until the release of Interpolate, Carroll had released three albums under the name Grouse: 'We Want To Be Loved', 'Heads' and 'Oslo'. (The companion EP 'Also' was released in 2019.)
The music has been described as, "other worldly, hypnotic", (Hot Press), "delightfully quirky", (Golden Plec) and "gently psychedelic" (Ambient Music Guide).
Formed in 2013, the 6 piece Grouse live band bring the music of Grouse to festival and club audiences.
