ENG:
Founded in 1998 in Puebla by the Tlahuetl brothers, Grupo Soñador is a key figure in cumbia sonidera and a pioneer of "cumbia poblana." This style stands out for its use of synthesizers and electronics percussion. After establishing themselves with albums like Camino al Cielo, they achieved international success in 2001 with the anthem "El Paso del Gigante," selling out venues in both Mexico and the United States. Despite industry changes, frontman Beto Tlahuetl reinvented the group by bringing in his daughters, Lucero and Maritza. Today, the band continues to attract new generations and keep their musical legacy alive.
