Hacienda is South Texas Rock & Soul. Since 2007, brothers Rene, Jaime and Abraham Villanueva have been crafting raw, yet sophisticated pop music infused with harmonies reminiscent of the Beatles and Beach Boys. A listener will find Hacienda’s tracks to be infused with the heat of San Antonio, catchy yet gritty. The Mexican-American Indie Rock trio are no strangers to success, Hacienda has backed Dan Auerbach, opened for The Black Keys and toured with great artists such as Dr. Dog, Kasabian, My Morning Jacket, Los Lonely Boys and many others. With the help of Auerbach, Hacienda recorded three full albums between 2008 and 2012. After a ten-year hiatus, Hacienda is back and releasing music again, fully indie.
