A hip-hop supergroup from the fringes of the genre, Hail Mary Mallon features MCs and producers <a href="spotify:artist:2fSaE6BXtQy0x7R7v9IOmZ">Aesop Rock</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:0JQiT3MRJw3WsT2MT80qTR">Rob Sonic</a>. Taking a name that referenced Mary Mallon, the real-life Typhoid Mary, <a href="spotify:artist:2fSaE6BXtQy0x7R7v9IOmZ">Rock</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:0JQiT3MRJw3WsT2MT80qTR">Sonic</a> debuted the project on the 2009 label compilation Definitive Jux Presents 4. Two years later the <a href="spotify:search:label%3A%22Rhymesayers%22">Rhymesayers</a> label issued their debut album, Are You Gonna Eat That?, which featured DJ Big Wiz as a third member.
