After signing with Epic Records in 1980, Harlequin released a string of smash hits including "Superstitious Feeling", "Innocence" “Thinking Of You” and "I Did it For Love”, that continue to receive heavy airplay on classic rock radio. The group were inducted into the Canadian Hall Of Fame and headlined stadiums internationally.
Original singer George Belanger and keyboardist Gary Golden, along with Derrick Gottfried (guitar) and AJ Chabidon (drums) have been regulars on the classic rock festival circuit for 20 years. Pumps & Orphan bassist/singer CBG, was added to the line-up in 2020.
Harlequin celebrated their 50th Anniversary in 2025 with the release of a brand new single, "Everything We Got".
