Harvey Rushmore & the Octopus is a hypnotic blend of garage, surf, krautrock & psych elements. They've played over 400 shows across Europe and release their 4th studio album in early 2026.
The members — Jonathan Meyer (Bass), Jakob Läser (Drums), Massimo Tondini (Guitar/Vocals) and Stefan Cecere (Keys/Synth/Guitar) — know each other for more than 15 years and have been active in various bands together. The quartet mixes innovative beats with psychedelic rock and surf of the 1960s, inspired by neo-psychedelic bands such as the Black Angels, Wooden Shjips and Moon Duo. Their live shows are sometimes complimented by drifting live visuals.
