Chicos de Nazca was formed in 2010 by Francisco “KB” Cabala (guitarist and songwriter of the band La Hell Gang ).

The band began as an experiment using KB’s first reel-to-reel tape machine, messing around with no expectations, taking a completely different direction from La Hell Gang’s rough, fuzzy guitar sound. The result of this experiment was the band's first album, 'Far and Close' (2010). After trying to play this album live with a band, as it was mostly a studio work, KB decided to take a different direction and go simpler, turning back to a Shoegaze/Wall of Sound approach similar to his first band 'Cindy Sisters', the band recorded and released its second album, 'Fire Ride' (2011) on the Chicago garage label Hozac Records. KB was 15 years old when recorded 'She Is Burning Inside', the only single released by 'Cindy Sisters' (Hozac Records, 2006).

In 2013 and 2014, the band turned back to a sound and direction similar to 'La Hell Gang’ and recorded 2 albums, 'Blowing Inside' and 'Living Lightime' with La Hell Gang’s drummer, Nes, and KB’s brother, Carlos, on bass.
In 2014 KB moved to Berlin and made his own music and recording studio. His most recent albums have been created solo or as a collaboration with friends.

KB has gleaned his inspiration from 1960's psychedelia, soul music and wall of sound bands.
