Herencia de Patrones

Herencia de Patrones is a corridos tumbados group from Northern Mexico. The trio employ the requinto (high-string) guitar, bajo sexto, and tuba with rich harmony singing. Their songs are about street life, partying to excess, raw sexuality, the drug trade, and violence. Their exciting live shows drew the attention of Jimmy Humilde of <a href="spotify:search:label%3A%22Rancho+Humilde+Records%22">Rancho Humilde Records</a>, whose urbano requinto roster already included <a href="spotify:artist:7yCGrS6Xh3UngvY6Ad5sMJ">Legado 7</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:0ys2OFYzWYB5hRDLCsBqxt">Fuerza Regida</a>. He signed them in early 2019 and rushed out their debut album Pa' Las Vibras and followed it with the six-track Sorry for the Wait EP in 2020. In 2022 they released the charting long player Sorry for the Wait 2. Two years later they issued a sequel to their debut in Pa' las Vibras, Vol. 2. The band issued El Mundo Es Tuyo in January 2026.

Herencia de Patrones' seven-track debut EP, Clicka Fija, appeared in 2018. It hit streaming charts, and the band's videos registered in the low millions. They joined <a href="spotify:search:label%3A%22Rancho+Humilde%22">Rancho Humilde</a>'s Great Smoke Out Tour with their labelmates, and won tens of thousands of new fans across the Southwestern United States. Later that year, they delivered the concert date En Vivo Desde Wounded in the middle of an intense touring schedule. The band continued to release videos at an astonishing clip. As 2019 commenced, the group began to issue videos monthly, increasing their profile and drawing airplay at Mexican Regional radio in the United States as well as immense popularity at streaming.

In autumn of 2019, Herencia de Patrones issued Pa Las Vibras, their proper studio debut. It entered the Top Latin Albums chart at number 11; the same week, their collected videos totaled over 65 million views. An EP, Sorry for the Wait, followed in March 2020 at the dawn of the COVID-19 pandemic, and followed in December by the album Para los Que Conocen el Rollo. It peaked at number two at Regional Mexican Albums, and at 14 at Top Latin Albums, enhancing their touring opportunities.

Herencia de Patrones presented an album-length sequel to the 2020 EP with Sorry for the Wait 2 in August 2022. The group toured across Mexico, the Caribbean, and North America, selling out many prestigious venues. In 2024, they issued another sequel in the eight-song Pa' las Vibras, Vol. 2, as well as eight singles. They remained prolific in 2025 with seven singles including Cementarios En La Bolsa in collaboration with <a href="spotify:artist:7yCGrS6Xh3UngvY6Ad5sMJ">Legado 7</a>, and Ni Que Fuera.
