High Rule is an indie-leaning hip-hop duo from Chicago, comprised of artists Seis and Buoy. Although the two became childhood friends over their mutual love of The Legend Of Zelda (which later inspired their name), it wasn’t until they reconnected at the University of Wisconsin that they began to make music together. The self-produced musicians first gained popularity with their debut single <a href="spotify:album:0vksbiTnwiLwsEm6G1LEMW" data-name="Touch">Touch</a>, which peaked at the #2 spot on Spotify’s Global Viral 50 Chart. Since then, Seis and Buoy have continued to perfect their unique voice that brews together hip-hop, electronic, and pop music, culminating in their debut EP, <a href="spotify:album:0fJxK0ndFuRIb3Qpx64McR" data-name="In Real Life">In Real Life</a>.
