幼少期よりピアノ・バイオリンを通して、クラシックに触れて育つ。
中学生の頃よりPOPS、R&B、SOUL、JAZZに興味を持ち、
Beyonce, Chris Brown, Mariah Careyに影響を受け、趣味として歌を口ずさむようになる。
大学生になり、とあるきっかけから歌をSNSに投稿し始める。
投稿を見たアメリカ帰りのプロデューサーから背中を押され、
本格的に意識して独学で歌を追求し始める。
現在は、その洗練された歌声を通して、R&Bを主体とした音楽を目指す。
若くしながら膨大な時間を共にした音楽が、オリジナリティ溢れる世界へと導く。
歌い手だけでなく、作詞作曲、トラックメイク、ボーカルディレクションまでもこなすマルチプレイヤー。
語学も堪能で、高度な絶対音感を持ちながら行うソングライティングは
海外にも認められ始めている。
Issei was born to a Japanese father and a Portuguese mother. He spent his childhood surrounded by classical music through the sounds of the piano and the violin.
He became interested in pops, R&B, soul and JAZZ as a middle school kid, and he started singing songs as a hobby under the influence of Beyoncé, Chris Brown, and Mariah Carey.
As he went on to a university, he started posting songs on SNSs by chance. With the encouragement of a producer experienced in the United States who came across with his postings, he committedly began pursuing his singing on his own.
At present, through his sophisticated vocals, he has been developing his music with the focus on R&B. Music has always been a key and essential element throughout his life, and now his music leads us to a world full of originality.
Not only a singer, but also he is a multiplayer who can manage song writing, track making and vocal directions. Skilled in multiple languages, his unique song writing with advanced absolute pitch has been recognized overseas as well.
