J-Rez

Explosive, Strong and In-depth is one way to describe the lyrical delivery of J-Rez. After releasing his first studio album "Tipi Creepin' LP", J- Rez has gained much recognition and respect from the communities he serves.


Influenced by lyrics that leave an imprint on the soul, J-Rez became inspired to put pen to paper at a young age as a way to express his world and the world around him. The once timid, soft- spoken youth combined this ability with music and has matured into a full-blown musical powerhouse with an explosive stage presence – and belief that everyone has a unique gift to offer.


On February 13th, 2017, J-Rez released in first studio album ever "Tipi Creepin'", under his own independent record label Rep Rez Entertainment in collaboration with D'Kolonyzd Records in Toronto, Ontario.


The album was international success along with receiving an Indigenous Music Award Nomination for Best Rap / Hip-Hop Album in May of 2017.


J-Rez, is Ojibwe & Mohawk and a
member of the Chippewa’s of Georgina
Island First Nation in Ontario.
