Jake E — Artist Bio
Jake E is a Swedish singer, songwriter, producer, and actor whose career has spanned over two decades in the international rock,pop and metal scene. Known for his powerful voice and cinematic songwriting, he first broke through with Dreamland in the mid-2000s, releasing three albums and lending his vocals to projects with HammerFall and Dragonland.
In 2009, he co-founded Amaranthe, delivering a string of gold- and platinum-certified albums including The Nexus and Maximalism (Grammy-nominated in 2016). After global tours and chart success, Jake set out on a new chapter with Cyhra, formed together with Jesper Strömblad (ex-In Flames). Their debut Letters to Myself (2017) and follow-up No Halos in Hell (2021) earned international acclaim, with Jake receiving Best Songwriter honors in Japan’s Burrn! Magazine.
Beyond music, he has hosted a popular Swedish radio show, appeared in film and TV, and continues to expand creatively—most recently launching the band How We End with Jen Majura (ex-Evanescence) and Tom Naumann (Primal Fear).
With over 50 albums recorded, multiple gold and platinum awards, and global tours under his belt, Jake E remains a dynamic voice in modern rock—constantly evolving, yet always unmistakably himself.
